All registrations must be completed on the ICM 2026 website. Requests to register via telephone, e-mail or post will not be accepted.
Registration is confirmed only when it is received by the online registration system and fees have been collected.
Participants wishing to register onsite MUST register by 8:30 AM on Thursday, July 23 to attend the Opening Ceremony.
Payment
Registration fees must be paid by credit/debit card via Mastercard, Visa, or American Express.
We do not offer one-day passes; all interested attendees must register and pay for the entire congress. Registration fees represent the cost of a single pass per person. Attendees may not share passes.
Full and Student Registration Fees
Fees includes access to the following events:
- Welcome Reception on Wednesday, July 22
- Opening Ceremony on Thursday, July 23
- Closing Ceremony on Thursday, July 30
- Scientific sessions, including special lectures & public lectures.
- Poster sessions and the exhibition hall
- Coffee breaks
Student (Master and Doc) Registration Guidelines
Individuals who would like to register as a student are required to provide a certificate from the advisor during the registration process proving that they have not yet completed their PhD.
Accompanying Person
Accompanying Person Fee includes access to the following events:
- Welcome Reception on Wednesday, July 22
- Opening Ceremony on Thursday, July 23
- Closing Ceremony on Thursday, July 30
- Public lectures
- Poster sessions and the exhibition hall
Accompanying Person Registration Guideline
Accompanying Persons cannot register separately, they must be included in the registration of a full participant or a student.
Individuals under 18 years of age are not permitted at the Congress.
Participants with Special Needs
Participants with special needs are allowed to attend the Congress with an accompanying person. Each such participant must complete his/her own registration and pay the registration fee. The accompanying person is welcome to attend at no additional cost.
Permission to bring an accompanying person can be requested through the email icm2026@freeman.com. Such requests must include a medical certificate attesting the participant's special needs. If needed, the Organizing Committee may request further information from the participant.
Accompanying persons will not need to complete a regular registration or pay a registration fee. However, they will still need a badge to attend the Congress. To receive it, accompanying persons must present themselves, along with the corresponding participants, at the registration area onsite.

University Faculty & Staff Bulk Registration Packages

Congress Proceedings
Free digital access to proceedings of the ICM will be made available via the publisher’s website. Hardcover copies of the proceedings will also be available via the publisher’s website for a fee. Access links will be made available in due course.
Visa Letter of Invitation
Before registering please check visa information on how to enter in the United States. After registering at ICM2026 and the payment confirmation you may request an invitation letter.
Cancellation Policy
Full Refund
Cancellations received in writing by 11:59 PM ET on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, will be refunded in full.
Partial Refund
Cancellations received in writing by 11:59 PM ET on Monday, June 22, 2026, will receive a 50% refund of fees paid.
No Refund
As we have guaranteed commitments to the venue, cancellations received after Monday, June 22, 2026, will not be refunded, regardless of registration type.

Registration Processing
By registering, attendees confirm that they are an adult of 18 years or older and that they agree to share my personal information with ICM 2026 and its Partners (listed below) for the purpose of attending and participating the 2026 International Congress of Mathematicians. I have read and accept Company’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
ICM 2026 is working with the following Partners:
(1) Sparks (Privacy Policy) and Cvent to process all registrations. Data is securely held in a center located in the USA.
(2) Cvent Attendee Hub to provide a mobile event application to your smartphone.
